Winter Sport versus Sybrand van Niekerk

The Rugby scores were: U14A won 34-0, U15A won 19-17, the 2nd XV won 32-0 and the 1st team won 36-3. Neil Brokensha scored three tries in a match that only came alive in the second half.

As far as the Boys’ Hockey result is concerned, our 2nd team drew 2-2 versus Sybrand’s 1st team.

The Netball results were generally good. The 1st team won 11-8, the 2nd team 17-10, both the U16 teams won, the U15A’s won 11-8, the U15B’s drew 11-11, the U14A’s won comfortably 22-11 and the U14B’s lost narrowly 6-7.

Boys Hockey versus Hoërskool Nelspruit

This fixture is one of the highlights of the hockey season. The Uplands College 1st team inflicted their second win over Nelspruit this season. The 1st team won 4-1 and Calvin Dalais scored three of the four goals. The 2nd team drew 0-0, the U16B’s lost 0-3, the U16A’s won 2-1 and the U14A’s drew 1-1.
